Open license models
The UK Open Government License is considered by many as a reference for open data licenses.
The equivalent of this in the Flemish Region is the "Gratis open data licentie" (common license models for the Flemish Region can be found here). The license model advocated by the Brussels Region is equivalent and can be found here. Common license models do not exist at the federal level or in the Walloon region, but mobility datasets are often published under the Creative Commons Zero license. The Creative Commons Zero license is also one of the models used in Flanders - and advocated by ITS.be.
